Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions of Payment and Cancellation: When booking online, a full payment is required. To book over the phone we require a credit card to hold your reservation for capacity purposes. Your credit card will not be charged until the day and time of your scheduled canoe/kayak trip.

In the event you need to cancel the following cancellation charges will apply

  • Cancellation 1 day or more prior: No cancellation fee charged
  • Cancellation due to weather: No cancellation fee charged (must call to cancel) We paddle rain or shine. Option to reschedule.
  • No Show: Full price of vessel is charged
